The perfect solution for hosting an elegant yet cost effective event. High Tea consists of tea, coffee and juice and an array of ribbon sandwiches, pastries and scones presented on the traditional multi-tiered tray - guaranteed to impress your guests.
This traditional style of function allows for a more casual, intimate environment where you and your guests can relax and enjoy the tranquil settings of the City Botanic Gardens and the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.
This has become an increasingly popular option for weddings, christenings, birthdays, seminars, christmas functions and
many other special occasions.

Selection of sandwiches include:
Roast beef, cornichon, green tomato relish and vintage cheddar.
Hummus, roast peppers, rocket, marinated eggplant and bocconcini. V
Smoked salmon, cucumber and dill cream cheese.
Creamed eggs and watercress. V
Selection of pastries including mini tarts and slices.
Warm scones with double cream and jams.
